The pedicure was fine. But on what planet does the price for a “spa pedicure” not include nail polish? Extra 10$ for regular color (15$ if gel/shellac) and they only tell you after it’s done. Not cool, not going back.

This is the work of Jolis Ongles Nails. My sister is getting married in two days and asked for a simple acrylic extension with a French tip. What she received was completely different from the reference photo provided the pic speaks for itself. When we raised concerns, the staff didn’t seem to care and showed no interest in looking at the original request or fixing the issue. Extremely disappointing experience. Avoid avoid avoid!
Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. They cut me so badly I bled through the entire appointment — they just kept painting over it like that was normal. The white tips are crooked because they couldn’t file properly, and when I asked for them to fix it, I got excuses instead. I also asked for a pink base to cover staining, but she layered it after the white tips, which made everything look murky and uneven. When I questioned it, she argued with me! Despite walking out bleeding and with a mess on my nails, they only gave me a $15 discount. Disgusting, unprofessional, and honestly unsafe. Avoid this place at all costs.
The team always does an amazing job with my nails. Matching the look I want with my nails. Super friendly, great prices and always take me same day without appointment - yup I swear. Just really great spot.
I absolutely love my new nails they’re so pink and sparkly, perfect shaped and so Fun! took a long time and hard work! They even let me in when it was closing. Such kind lovely people.
